One of the first things you learn whilst living in shared accomodation is that there's no legislating for the stupidity of other people. People have variously mature and immature moments, but the problem outside our flat on Clyde Road in West Didsbury, smacks of plain idiocy. Do people not know that rubbish bins won’t be collected if they are overflowing?
The problem with doing things for people is that they never find out how to do it themselves, and never have to think about it, so they don’t. Refuse is a serious business. Refuse to deal with it and you could be in trouble.
